Find the right WUKA absorbency for your flow. Light replaces a pantyliner, Medium and Heavy suit most daily needs, and Super Heavy or Overnight give maximum coverage. Each pair lasts up to 2 years, saving around 200 disposables from landfill.
How do I choose the right absorbency for my period?
Match absorbency to your heaviest flow. Light holds spotting or discharge, Medium holds about 15 ml (3 tampons), Heavy holds 20 ml or more (4 tampons), and Super Heavy holds up to 60 ml (12 tampons or 8 pads). Choose higher absorbency for heavy days or long shifts.
What is the best way to start if I am new to WUKA?
We recommend starting with 3 pairs of Heavy Flow pants. They cover most daily needs, help you build confidence in period underwear, and can be combined with lighter or overnight styles later on.
What styles are best for overnight or sleeping?
For sleeping, choose a style with a high gusset such as High Waist, Midi or Sleep styles. These offer extended coverage at the back so you stay protected while lying down.
What does Light Flow mean and when should I use it?
Light Flow pants are designed to replace pantyliners. They are perfect for spotting, the start or end of a period, or everyday discharge when you want protection without bulk.
How long do WUKA period pants last?
Each pair lasts up to 2 years with proper care. Rinse in cold water after use, machine wash at 30 to 40°C without fabric softener, and air dry only.
How many pads and tampons can I save by switching to WUKA?
