I bought this swimming suite for my daughter. She's 15 and wear normally XS product. I did the measurements and according to the charts, I ordered an XXS (She's thin but tall 5.6) the XXS is ridiculously small, it should be fine for a 12Y old. The return process is a pain and I have to pay. I will change for a size S but in real life, she would never wear a 8-10 size ( still according to the size chart)chary. The quality is very good tough.

My teen found it way too small is usually a s/ m and ordered a medium! Shame look good hopefully we can exchange for bigger size

New to these products, never tried myself. My daughter started her period on her 12th Birthday and was anxious not only about her upcoming school trip to France which will coincide with her period, but also about our family holiday with cousins and grandparents whereby she was looking forward to enjoying the swimming pool. I subsequently researched this products as and decided to take the plunge. I purchased a variety of protective briefs, as well as a swimming costume and swim bikini bottoms. I paid for express delivery to ensure they arrived in time for our holiday and they did. Beautifully packaged in tissue paper, my daughter was very excited to receive them. We went for size XS and found they fitted her perfectly and will plenty of stretch to last as she grows. She is hugely fussy about clothes and is sensitive to the 'feel' of fabrics but she loved the WUKA range saying they felt so comfortable and soft to wear. She prefers them to her standard underwear. She wore them to school prior to holiday - the heavy flow pair, and they lasted comfortably all day. Baring in mind she leaves at 7.30am and returns from school at 5pm. She said she felt less self conscious, and felt dry all day without the need to change a pad. She had taken a spare pair in the little zip bag which came with the bundle we selected, but didn't need to change them until she got home. Equally she was happy wearing the 'shorts' version - super heavy over night and was comfortable there was no leaking. Furthermore my daughter was ecstatic being able to go swimming on holiday. Although it was lighter by then, she only needed to use the costume on the first day. She loves the style of the black racer back costume and the fit, you would never know it's a special protective costume! This in contrast to the other main seller of these products... I also ordered a package from their competitor and my daughter didn't like their products at all so they were all returned! WUKA won hands down with descretion, style, comfort and fit. The only thing drawback we can report is that the one piece swimming costume will last her very long as it fits perfectly now but with no grow room (unlike the underwear which gives you a stretch range of 2 sizes). The issue being the swimwear is so expensive! I purchased using a first time customer discount promotion, but she will undoubtably want to re-purchase the costume when she grows out of it which is a big outlay considering the amount of usage. I only hope we are able to obtain another promotional offer when the time comes! To conclude, whilst the products are financially a bit initial outlay, I am still so happy that I took the decision to make this purchase. I feel so happy to see my daughter confident now with no anxiety about her period at such a young age. This underwear has given her the confidence to face this huge change in her life with the smoothest of transitions. It has undoubtedly helped her mood and helped her embrace the challenges of becoming a women! She loves her new underwear range, I only wish these were around when I was young! Once my bank account has recovered, I will be investing in the WUKA underwear range for myself too, in the long run it will save me money on incontinence pads and will be far more comfortable! I will leave a review once I have trialled them myself for this purpose! I will also be purchasing for my youngest daughter when the time comes! Thank you WUKA.

Amazing costume, made my daughter feel comfortable on holiday

My daughter plays water polo. But she would have to have a week out every month. Now she is back in the pool full time with absolutely no concerns. If WUKA can save waterpolo it can save any other water based activity!
Only request is could you consider making a sport costume that is a much higher neckline than the racer, else it can cause drag in the water and not as easy to perform? Thanks

A day in a waterpark was a great test-run for the swimsuit. My daughter said she was over the moon she could enjoy the activities during her period and not having to worry about any leaks.
Easy to wash and dries quick too.

Can’t comment on the swimsuit as we sent it back (after a change of mind) and am still waiting for a refund.

Lovely material, my 11 year old daughter wore hers all week while on holiday, turned out she didn't get her period as expected so can't comment on absorbance but she found it really comfortable to wear. We ordered a medium which was a perfect fit, she is a women's size 12 UK for reference.

Both my young daughters had their period whilst on holiday and these enabled them to enjoy the pool without any worries.

I would thoroughly recommend. Really saved the girls holiday. Will also be purchasing the period pants as they were so sucessful.
