You can measure yourself with a belt or dressing gown cord and a 30cm ruler! Tie the belt around your hips, place a piece of tape or pinch where it reaches, then lay flat and carefully use the ruler to measure the length.

HOW IT WORKS

Made with innovative Stretch™ Technology, one pair flexes to fit up to 4 sizes. The gusset provides light to medium absorbency, holding up to 10–15ml of period blood - around 2–3 tampons or 1–2 pads. Works perfectly as a tampon or liner replacement, or as backup protection with a menstrual cup.

Leak proof but not as comfy as WUKA organics

Only 3* because I've had WUKA organics for years and have loved them. I thought I'd try these. They aren't as stretchy as they say considering they're supposed to fit large too. I am a size 10/12 normally. Today I am bloated and they're uncomfortable 😣 I can feel the restriction on my stomach and very aware of them when I'm not usually with the others. stupidly bought 5 pairs and now I wish I stuck with the organics.

No leaks though, I just loved the original organic period pants, comfy, stretchy and proper cotton. Will be purchasing them again and again
