You can measure yourself with a belt or dressing gown cord and a 30cm ruler! Tie the belt around your hips, place a piece of tape or pinch where it reaches, then lay flat and carefully use the ruler to measure the length.

The extended gusset is made with breathable, moisture-wicking WUKA technology that absorbs period flow, light leaks, and discharge. Medium absorbency holds up to 15ml – around 3 tampons’ worth or 2 pads – while leak-proof layers lock in odour and moisture for up to 12 hours of wear.

Yes, on medium flow days they are designed to replace pads and tampons. If your flow increases, change sooner or choose a higher absorbency style.
Are they comfortable for workouts and everyday wear?
Made from soft recycled nylon with a seamless built-in period pant and extended breathable gusset, they move with your body for gym sessions, running, yoga, and daily wear. The elastic waistband and side pocket add comfort and practicality.
Will they show VPL and do they keep me covered during squats and stretches?
The fabric has a smooth, VPL-free finish and is designed to keep you confidently covered during squats and stretches. Fit and opacity can vary by size and lighting, so choose your usual size for a secure feel.
How do I wash and care for them?
Rinse in cold water after use, then machine wash at 40°C without fabric conditioner. Air dry only, do not tumble dry or soak for long periods.

Fits beautifully

The most comfortable leggings I've ever put on,I've just started doing abit of yoga to help my mobility due to my fibromyalgia and whilst on my period I get very bloated so find very hard get trousers that are comfy but these are amazing plus I love that they are eco friendly, would highly recommend!!!!

Gym anxiety GONE!
