HOW IT WORKS
Super Heavy absorbency holds up to 60ml — the equivalent of 12 tampons or 8 pads. The absorbent pad is around 3mm thick (similar to a super absorbent disposable pad) yet feels soft and breathable thanks to TENCEL™ Modal fabric. Wear for up to 12 hours depending on your flow.

How much do the Ultimate™ Midi Brief Super Heavy pants hold?
They hold up to 60 ml of flow, about 12 tampons or 8 pads, which is our highest level of absorbency.
Do they fully replace pads and tampons on my heaviest days?
Yes, they are designed to completely replace pads and tampons on very heavy days and nights. If your flow is extreme, change sooner based on comfort.
Are they suitable for overnight wear, postpartum bleeding, or moderate bladder leaks?
Yes, they are ideal for overnight wear, postpartum bleeding, and moderate bladder leaks, providing up to 12 hours of protection depending on your flow.
Will they feel bulky, and how thick is the absorbent pad?
They are not bulky. The built-in absorbent pad is around 3 mm thin, so they feel soft and flexible while delivering maximum protection.
What are they made from and how do they feel against skin?
They are made with sustainable TENCEL Modal that is breathable and about 3.5 times softer than cotton, for a smooth, gentle feel.
How do I wash and care for them, and how long will they last?
Wash before first wear. After use, rinse in cold water until clear, then machine wash at 40°C without fabric conditioner and air dry. With proper care they are reusable for up to 2 years.

I would highly recommend this product! I ordered a size larger than recommended ( so I got size large) because I don't like tight elastic and they actually fit perfectly on the waist. Not too loose not too tight! They are a little loose on the leg hole and I leaked once because of it but if it keeps happening I will just sew a tiny tuck in the side of the leg. I probably have different waist to leg proportions compared to others.
Super comfortable and very absorbent and perfect for front and back sleepers!

incredible: super comfortable and they have strong absortion power (my period is very strong). I have tried them this period and I am totally delighted. Will probably order a couple more of them. The package option are so worth it. Way much better than tampons and other stuff, because is healthier for us and is also very easy to clean.

Just refreshing my stash of Wukas some of which are over five years old. These weren't available when I first started to use Wukas but they are my favourite. High coverage to the front and back so I can sleep with confidence there will be no leaks. So soft and comfortable to wear.

Wore my first ever time in a day out for around 7+ hours on the first day of my cycle (heaviest day) and it was brilliant. Didn’t feel uncomfortable or need to keep going to change pads. Soaked everything up and then I washed it and put it in the washing machine. Hoping there’s a sale so I can get more.

I’m surprised how dry I feel while using Wuka. I was afraid of the smell or sensation, but it actually works! Feels like a normal pantie, I bought M because I’m bloated those days and wanted something not too tight to my body, they look bigger when they arrived but no issues whatsoever.

I can not rate these highly enough. I had an equestrian event where I was riding for 5 hours in beige breeches, I really did not want to miss it, but also knew I was due on the same day and it was going to be heavy flow day! Totally night mare! I was so anxious, found these online, did a last minute purchase. WOW!!!! They totally worked, no bleed though at all! I wish I’d known about them sooner. I couldn’t believe they would work but they do, and so well! I’m comfortable sleeping with them knowing there will be no leaks, unlike pads. No pad was good enough to contain all this heavy flow - but the Wukas are just amazing. Have been recommending them to friends.

Bought these for my daughter - she has never had the Ultimate pants before, but has been using the basics for 2 years and the teens. The fit is comfortable, however, the padding stops short at the back of the pants unlike the basics and does not go all the way up, so not the best for night time use. She was pleased with the comfort and the absorbency, but after just one wash, the elastic around the waistband on all 3 pairs has already frayed.

My 14 year old daughter said these were very comfortable and I have ordered her some more. Have previously bought her similar products from another company, which had to be washed on a gentle setting in the washing machine. This didn't get them properly clean and so I used to put them on a 30 degree wash, which has seen the fabric disintegrate over a few months. WUKA products are recommended to be washed at 30 degrees, so I'm hoping the same thing won't happen!

As someone who suffers horrendously heavy periods the super heavy has allowed me to be able to do so much more, when I was on disposables I was having to change night time pads every 1-2 hours now I get at least 4 hours

Love all my WUKA pants, I’ve recently taken the plunge and switched from another brand and am so impressed with them.
The only problem is the text in the pants (stamped in instead of a label) has washed away after just one wash in most of my pairs! Now I can’t easily work out which flow day each pant is for, which is a little frustrating. I’m sure I’ll work out with time, but had hoped this would be clearly visible on the pants for at least a few cycles whilst I got to grips with them.

These are my favourite period products. I can get a good night's rest with no leaks. For really heavy nights I double up for piece of mind. So comfy. They do take a while to dry so stocked up during earth hour.

Some of my pairs are now nearly 4 years old so I've been updating my stash as oldest ones needed to go. Since I first found Wuka they introduced the super heavy which are best for me on really heavy days I don't have to double up heavy flow pants in the day. I find them very comfortable and prefer them to pads
I do wish the super heavy were available in a version without the mesh for my preteen though as it's not quite appropriate with the mesh for her age what with PE days playground visits and her really still being a girl. The teen range don't fit her so we had to go for the basics in the women's range. She also finds Wuka more comfortable than pads. They allow her to just get on with her day-no worries

I get WUKA for my teenage daughter as she loves the freedom and comfort the pants give her. She wears the adult sizes as she is tall and the teenage ones wouldn't fit. She has them in a range of flow from medium to super heavy and the super heavy give her added confidence on the first day and night during the worst flow. As a parent, I'm not sure that I like the mesh on them for a young person and some colour options would be nice. But she loves them and that's what counts.

As super heavy bleeders these are great for during the day on the heaviest days, or overnight on the lighter days. Super comfortable.

I recently bought these during the sale as they were too good to miss. It's my 3rd pair from here now (all different styles and flows) and they fit well and go a great job.
